GENERAL INFORMATION

Shipping & Installation
All door packages are shipped completely assembled with the door pre-hung in jamb with hardware, glass, and options such as finishing and handles, ready to be installed into a rough opening. Orders can be held for pick up, we can deliver, or we routinely crate and ship to destinations outside our local area. Within our local area we can arrange installation through our network of highly skilled finishing carpenters.

Finishing
We use superior quality stain and exterior quality polyurethane (3 coat process) to seal, preserve, and protect the wood from the elements. All components are finished prior to door package being assembled to ensure everything is completely sealed.

Door packages are also available unfinished; however, with a limited warranty. See ‘Warranty’ info below.

Warranty
All door packages come with a no hassle, full replacement warranty should the door warp, twist, or malfunction due to natural causes*. Warranty is valid for one year on packages sold unfinished and three years on packages sold finished.

Due to the properties of wood as a natural product and exposure to the elements, packages sold unfinished must be sealed within three days of the sale date or warranty is void.

Custom Packages
We are able to create a door package suited to your tastes and needs by altering the contents of the package (e.g. no transom, double doors instead of single door, etc.)
